Job description:
- Responsible for managing the legal team and supporting your colleagues from different departments (front, back, middle)
- In charge of business structure (fund set up, preparing documents,etc) and of regulatory watch
- Participate in contract negotiation
Your profile:
- Degree in Law and/or Finance
- 8 years + experience within a banking institution, a management company/asset manager or a law firm
- Good knowledge in the local fund law and are able to perform the above-mentioned tasks
- Experience in team management and very good communication skills
- Fluent in French and English. Any other language is an added value
