Job description:

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of assigned projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope and budget
• Manage large scale projects, in a multi-cultural environment, involving multiple locations
• Manage autonomously your own project, including resourcing, budgeting, overall coordination and reporting

Your profile:

• Strong experience of project management in the Funds Industry
• Used to working in a methodological environment with strong governance (certification not required but proven experience is mandatory), particularly related to: Initiation of the project, Resourcing estimates, Budget definition, Project planning and Execution of the project within committed timelines, approved budget, and scope
• Able to work both in French and English seamlessly
• Ability to interact with profiles from various teams/environments (IT, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, etc.)
• Experience in managing cross borders teams in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of the most recent regulation changes in the Fund Industry
• Previous experience as big-4 consultant is a plus
