  • Through ongoing interaction with the business teams, collect and understand business needs, working with SMEs to refine and prioritise business needs
  • Works as part of the Business with Product, Change Management and Systems on roadmaps for future product capability and functionality
  • Continually matures an understanding of how our user groups utilize the products
  • Contributes to pilot preparation, rollouts, process documentation, & support of deployment changes
  • Contributes to business specifications documentation
  • Contributes to the formulation and description of a joint vision for solutions by maintaining strong relationships with business, product and technical teams
  • Delivers independently or with project. Provides coaching and technical guidance on specific projects 
  • Builds strong and diverse network of relationships with various stakeholder groups and all levels
  • Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and works with management and other stakeholders to identify options and recommendations
  • Supports project teams as a product subject matter expert, providing detailed knowledge of product function and capability
  • Provides front-line end user training in relation to deployment of new functionalities
  • Assists in providing guidance and oversight to junior members of the team as needed
  • Review operational issues with management to identify product gaps and follow through on effective problem resolution
  • Assist Department Head with continuous project management oversight and act as a professional voice for the department and BBH as a whole
  • Participate in formal and informal client and vendor presentations and calls
  • Attend client and prospect meetings when required and present on BBH initiatives, developments, and capabilities
  • Works with other product analysts and business SMEs at all levels

Your profile:

  • Deep subject matter expertise in illiquid alternative funds such as real estate funds, private equity funds, private debt funds or infrastructure funds.
  • Broad exposure into multiple aspects of fund servicing (Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Depositary, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, …).
  • Experienced user or otherwise exposed to end-to-end Alternative Funds technology platforms (eFront, Investran, …) or other relevant technology
  • Have participated in major projects with proven elements of leadership
  • Independent, innovative, creative, self-managing individual with the ability to succeed with general directions.
  • Exhibits good communication skills, to all levels, using a variety of methods (including verbal, electronic & presentation).
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
  • High level of sound logic, analytical ability & organizational skills
  • Team mentality, positive attitude who enjoys supporting customers
  • Problem ownership mindset, to ensure attention on issues through to resolution
  • Ability to prioritise multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
