• Analyzing situations under legal aspects and replying to legal queries;
• Providing guidance on particular legal subjects;
• Follow-up of legislation changes in Luxembourg and abroad and giving advice on the consequences related thereto;
• Negotiating and checking of various types of agreements;
• Drafting of procedures, agreements and of legal clauses;
• Drafting of investment fund prospectuses and agreements and their follow up;
• Occasionally advising on tax and fiscal business issues in Luxembourg and abroad;
• Occasional participation in project groups;
• Contact with regulators, external investment companies, consultants, law firms and auditors.

 

Your Profile:

• Master in Law or equivalent;
• Experience in funds domiciliary and engineering services (bank, law firm or other financial services provider)
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund Regulation and Corporate Law;
• A good knowledge of a depositary bank and administrator of any Luxembourg investment vehicle, notably under AIFMD and UCTIS V;
• Drafting and analyzing skills;
• Eager to learn new things and to improve;
• Good communication and team-working skills;
• Ability to work in an occasionally high volume of work environment;
• Fluent in written and spoken (legal) English and French, any other language is an asset
