Job description:

• Support senior management and boards in understanding the performance of group’s investments in non-performing loan portfolios
• Work with the head offices and all locations to maximise investment performance
• Establish and manage performance monitoring process in the group to supervise the work-out performance of the operating platforms
• Lead periodic forecast revision process, liaising with investment and finance teams 
• Analyze NPL work-out strategies, identify performance issues and propose relevant actions
• Lead the central reporting team to identify and define group level performance reporting requirements and develop the performance reporting system
• Report directly to group’s executive management
• Participate in company and portfolio due diligence processes

 Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or an MBA from an accredited college or university 
• CFA or MBA is an advantage and knowledge of IFRS reporting is an advantage
• 5-10 years of work experience
• Experience in real-estate related investments and/or NPL portfolios preferred
• Asset valuation and company valuation experience
• Fluent in English, excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Very good understanding of investment performance management
• Ability to commmunicate on all levels in a multi-national organisation
• Ability to independently analyse data and build financial models to solve business problems
• Willingness and ability to take portfolio decisions with high P&L sensitivity
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new business areas in a fast-growing organisation
