The Senior Corporate Officer will administer a complex portfolio of international clients.

Description

• Manage corporate documentation for the incorporation and liquidation of companies
• Be responsible for the organisation of board meetings and the preparation of board packs
• Attend board meetings and prepare draft minutes
• Draft agreements and be in charge of all legal documents
• Manage day to day queries from your clients’ portfolio
• Liaise with Luxembourg administration and external parties (notaries, banks, lawyers…)
• Prepare the relevant KYC documents
• Bring your support to the Junior Corporate Officers

 About you:


• You have a University degree in Corporate Law
• You have strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulation
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English and French (any other language would be an asset)
• Acting as a team member
• Client-oriented and open to communication
• Basic understanding of accounting
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
