Job description:

• Act as a Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Deputy Privacy Officer in coordination with the NTLMC Head of compliance
• Assist in the preparation of the Compliance annual monitoring plan and ensure adherence to the plan in coordination with the NTLMC Head of compliance
• Deliver a pro-active “consultancy” style advisory service, offering technical advice, and interpretation and training on corporate policies, rules and regulatory changes in coordination with the NTLMC Head of compliance
• Interacts and develops strong relationships within the organization and other members of the Risk and Compliance team, both in Luxembourg and across the offices
• Produce and provide Compliance reporting when required
• Attend relevant business and compliance meetings
• Support the creation and maintenance of Compliance policies and standards; inclusive of performing quality checks of the content
• Coach junior staff

Your profile:

• Master’s degree and minimum 5 years’ experience required
• Knowledge of Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting services
• Sound knowledge of UCI and AML laws and regulations applicable to a Luxembourg Management Company
• Knowledge of the requirements deriving from GDPR and from the existing data protection law
• Experience of providing compliance advisory support to operational business areas within a financial services environment
• Proven record of problem solving and delivering effective solutions
• Fluent in English and French
• Microsoft Office
