Job description:

  • Ensuring that senior business management in Europe has the information required to support business decision-making
  • Working with the business and other finance groups in the development of management information and key performance indicators
  • Leading and developing the business finance team supporting the European distribution businesses
  • Review and approve pricing cases and own the approval process for the distribution business
  • Taking responsibility for monthly reporting for the European distribution businesses on a management accounting perspective.
  • Assisting senior management understand trends and participate in setting the strategic direction of the distribution businesses
  • Liaison with the difference finance departments located worldwide for coordinating activities within the Group
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with business executives

Your Profile:

  • Degree Finance/Economic/Business Administration
  • ACA/ACCA qualified would be a benefit
  • At least 8 years’ experience in a Business Finance position within a global financial services or asset management company
  • Knowledge of pricing, management reporting, client analysis, cost control and ad hoc analysis
  • Fluency in English both, written and spoken is a must. Any other language would be considered a benefit
  • You are a self-starter and a proactive person
  • You are a hands-on team manager
  • You are well organised and used to working in a matrix managed organisation
