Job description:

Ensuring that senior business management in Europe has the information required to support business decision-making
Working with the business and other finance groups in the development of management information and key performance indicators
Leading and developing the business finance team supporting the European distribution businesses
Review and approve pricing cases and own the approval process for the distribution business
Taking responsibility for monthly reporting for the European distribution businesses on a management accounting perspective.
Assisting senior management understand trends and participate in setting the strategic direction of the distribution businesses
Liaison with the difference finance departments located worldwide for coordinating activities within the Group
Development and maintenance of strong relationships with business executives

Your Profile:

Degree Finance/Economic/Business Administration
ACA/ACCA qualified would be a benefit
At least 8 years’ experience in a Business Finance position within a global financial services or asset management company
Knowledge of pricing, management reporting, client analysis, cost control and ad hoc analysis
Fluency in English both, written and spoken is a must. Any other language would be considered a benefit
You are a self-starter and a proactive person
You are a hands-on team manager
You are well organised and used to working in a matrix managed organisation
