Job description:

  • Define/validate and implement procedures and processes of the function, based on the available policies and other documents
  • Implement the marketing strategy (as defined by the CEO), in line with the companys' objectives
  • Manage sales/marketing operating budgets and plan the advertising and promotion of activities
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand and corporate image throughout products, external communication, marketing campaigns and events
  • Oversee all marketing activities and ensure their alignment with the marketing strategy
  • Coordinate the team working within the function
  • Prepare and present periodic reports for both the Authorised Management and the Board

Your Profile:

  • Master degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Around 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a technology intensive company, or in the financial sector
  • Proven track record of achieving KPI’s and targets
  • Strong communication, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills required
  • Self-motivated, independent work as well as strong team spirit, excellent motivational and leadership skills
  • Comfortable within a start-up environment, with demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
  • Perfectly fluent (both written and verbal) in French and English; any other language will be considered as a real advantage
