  • Deliver key projects successfully
  • Lead project initiation and design proposals to elaboration, construction and transition
  • Ensure all projects under remit meet or beat a range of performance targets (e.g. on-time delivery with agreed scope and within budget)
  • Adhere to internal project delivery methodology (processes, templates, quality checkpoints, etc.) and be able to take pragmatic hands on approach to its application in delivering successful solutions
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of project budget management
  • Manage project risk, compliance and audit aspects
  • Motivate teams to work together in the most efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • Work closely with internal clients to understand the business requirements and develop effective working relationships to ensure project delivery

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in project management within the financial sector, preferably with a unit-linked life insurance company
  • Business transformation / change management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven and autonomous
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • Proven experience in people, risk and change management
  • Financial and budgeting skills
  • Proficient in managing delivery of software projects
  • PMP certified, or equivalent, is considered an asset
