FUNCTION

You are the point of contact for all partners and customers. You are responsible for the administrative management of high-end life insurance contracts (including contracts with internal funds or dedicated internal funds) in the context of a B to B relationship, and / or B to C. The link with the different functions of the company in order to guarantee an exhaustive and complete answer to your external interlocutors.

Your main tasks are:

 

  • You are responsible for the operational management of life insurance contracts in a context of intermediation between the client, his advisory structure and the Company, from the date of the contract, and throughout his life until the loss is handled.
  • You coordinate the smooth execution of the tasks required to complete the customer's request while respecting the quality and the service delays.
  • You are guarantors, towards the distributing partners of the company, a complete assistance in keeping with the image of the company.
  • You take care of the claims according to the corresponding standards.
  • On an ad hoc basis, you are the driving force of your operational activity on the areas of efficiency, risk control (improvement of procedures or control) and / or operation of management tools.
  • If you show the motivations and capacities, you intervene as an expert in the various projects of the company (regulatory or otherwise).


POSITION PROFILE

A +3 or +4 in the field of insurance, banking or in a related field is required for the financial sector.
An experience of 2 years is required for the function, ideally in a back-office of life insurance company, insurance bank or financial institution.


Expertise:

  • Good knowledge of life insurance products;
  • Proficiency in processes related to heritage life insurance (intermediary broker, financial manager, bank depository);
  • Mastery of the know-how and the know-how of the patrimonial client relationship: good elocution and editorial ability;
  • Proficiency in contract management tools and office tools (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Good organizational capacity;
  • Excellent command of English and French.
