Description
Within the "Management and Customer Relations" department and attached to the "Benefits and Claims" division, you ensure the daily accounting of management actions related to insurance products that the company offers in Free Services.
You thus contribute to compliance with commitments relating to the activity of the cluster.
You are also responsible for the homogeneity of the Company's practices and procedures and for compliance with the regulations applicable to all insurance products.
As such, your main missions will be the following:
- Manage and ensure the proper execution of daily operations within the cluster (redemptions, arbitrations, deaths, administrative acts, etc.);
- Ensure the follow-up of the pending operations, carry out the necessary revivals and return the necessary alerts to the cluster coordinator;
- Respect the internal procedures, the defined controls, the quality indicators and the regulations in force;
- Collaborate with the other poles of the service to favor versatility and streamline internal processes.
PROFILE:
A minimum of 3 years' Bachelor's degree in Economics / Insurance / Management, you have a first successful experience of at least 2 years on an equivalent position in the Life Insurance sector, ideally in Luxembourg. Specific experience on the scope of redemptions, arbitrage and death on an insurance contract is an asset.
In addition, this position requires the following skills, abilities and knowledge:
- Taste of numbers, good analytical, synthesis and editorial skills;
- Team spirit, curiosity, creativity;
- Good interpersonal skills, strong listening skills;
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage daily stress;
- Office automation: essential knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
- Tools: Knowledge of tools for managing life insurance contracts (savings products and capitalization);
- Languages: French and English (written and oral) essential. German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic is an asset.
