Jo description:

• Handling all legal matters as in-house legal counsel for the Luxembourg office
• Providing assistance and support to other Group offices 
• Working closely on a day to day basis with both their Legal Counsel in Ireland and Group General Legal Counsel

Your profile:

• Entrepreneurial, agile and flexible approach particular to technology driven firm  
• Gained in-house experience by working for a global administrator or investment manager, or as a lawyer in the funds group of a large corporate law firm
• Extensive experience in the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of funds including:
  • UCITS, non-UCITS 
  • Hedge funds / funds of funds
  • Private equity funds 
  • Other specialised (classic and/or new) fund products 

• 5-8 Year’s post admission experience 
• Admission as a lawyer in Luxembourg 
• Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales or Ireland would also be most helpful
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French is essential
