• Create supporting documents for I&TS legal services
• Deal structuring and advice in respect of security interests
• Provide support for strategic initiatives in consultation with business partners
• Experience in financing, securities lending, FX, derivatives or structured products
• Banking & Insolvency law
• Experience collaborating with counsel in other jurisdictions operating in diverse legal environments
