Job description:

• Strategy: develop and lead the strategy of the treasury department ensuring the respect and implementation of best practices. Set directions and guidelines to manage daily cash positions, liquidity, interest rates and currency risk for the bank

• Management: work closely with the management of the bank to develop the treasury services and ensure appropriate liquidity levels, recruit and develop a team of experts

• Take the responsibility of the development of foreign exchange and interbank borrowing and lending as well as money market transactions and investments to be conducted for the account of the bank

• Provide oversight for the daily liquidity forecast and short-term investment decisions, as well as services to the AML teams to keep in line with the requirements of the local regulators and the bank

• Daily operations: determine daily liquidity needs and funding transactions/FX trades to covert short-term liquidity, direct the daily operations and provide ongoing supervision regarding FX, interbank borrowing and lending, MM transactions …

Your profile:

• A minimum of 15-year experience in finance/treasury at international scope within established financial institutions, with large complex business and legal structures

• Strong understanding of capital markets, liquidity management, cash management, AML, BBIRR Management and payment processes

• Demonstrated ability to manage a highly performing team

• Innovative, rigorous, solution-focused, ethical with excellent interpersonal skills
