Description
- UCITS and AIFMD funds management knowledge and experience
- Financial markets knowledge and analysis capacity
- Financial market orders handling experience
- Proficient IT knowledge
- Bloomberg system user
- Excellent English level written and spoken
- Italian or French being an asset
Tasks
- Independently lead and supervise a team on fund management, investment fund compliance, market and pricing analysis, client relationships and process requirements.
- Relationship with worldwide market counterparties
- Relationship with worldwide Investment Advisors and Investment Managers
- Investment Committees organization
- Close cooperation with Risk Management Department
- General development of the department with respect to present/future regulations.
Personal profile
- 7 – 10+ years of experience in the financial or fund industry
- University degree with a strong knowledge of Investment Management and/or analysis
- Team leading and communication skills
- Ability to set and implement strategic vision for the function
- Able to lead and motivate the team
- Strong, decisive, results oriented individual
- Problem solving oriented
