Job description:

  • Coordinate all the deliverables required for various subsidiaries, for the purposes of statutory reporting, public quarterly reporting, debt compliance, etc.
  • Manage the relationship with local accounting operations service providers and auditors, properly coordinating and prioritizing the various subsidiaries and stakeholders across the portfolio.
  • Monitoring Luxembourg law and accounting changes
  • Coordinate the banking and treasury needs of creating new entities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business’ operational needs and begin assessment of the existing work performed by service providers and develop a go-forward plan to improve or in-source the process with a view to improving the quality and timeliness of the delivery

Your profile:

  • Have at least 8 years+ PQE preferably within the asset sector (real estate, property or infrastructure)
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Successfully set up an office or led transformative initiatives within a finance group
  • Experience at leading teams (direct and indirect reports)
  • Experience of leading teams of external advisers
