Job description:

Drive consulting professionals and use your expertise and innovative approaches to ensure the delivery of high quality financial risk services and solutions to clients
Be actively involved all along the value chain of financial risk solutions: interact with clients, conceptualise and rationalise solutions, design and lead the implementation project, monitor and guide the team to ensure high-quality deliverable and respect of deadlines and budgets
Collaborate with other service lines as a Capital Markets subject-matter-expert on internal initiatives or cross service lines proposals and engagements
Develop your internal and external network to identify potential business opportunities
Participate to internal or external conferences as a recognised expert, in order to contribute to the expansion of Capital Markets services and solutions

Your profile:

Hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Applied Mathematics or Business Engineering
Have at least 7 years of experience in the financial sector (management company, asset manager, professional services firm) in an operation or project management position with people management responsibilities
Possess a strong knowledge of financial derivatives instruments and capital markets
Are able to prioritise issues, structure and lead clients projects under tight deadlines
Are considered as an inspiring team leader who focuses on coaching and developing others
Are willing to learn and develop yourself on an ongoing basis
Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
Are fluent in French and English
