Description

  • Take part in the design, organisation and delivery of HR projects

  • Responsible for Performance and Competency Management

  • In coordination with our local Recruiter you will be part of the entire recruitment process, e.g. post job descriptions, analyse applications, arrange and conduct interviews, ensure proper follow-up , prepare draft offers and liaise with candidates

  • Ensure that all relevant processes are followed on projects

  • Review and update HR concepts, procedures and policies when needed

  • Provide day-to-day support to management and staff regarding various administrative tasks.

    Your profile: 

  • University degree (Bachelor or Masters) in HR or any relevant field or a proven track record in HR

  • Fluency in English is essential. Any other European language is an advantage

  • Three to five years’ experience within a similar position. Experience within a professional service firm in Luxembourg is a distinct advantage

  • Proven track record in managing projects

  • End to end experience of project lifecycle

  • Full MS Office knowledge

  • Good presentation and commercial sense, client oriented and good networking contacts and abilities

  • You are able to solve problems, have a pro-active approach, work independently as well as a member of a team; you demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, are stress resistant and able to meet tight deadlines.
