Description
Take part in the design, organisation and delivery of HR projects
Responsible for Performance and Competency Management
In coordination with our local Recruiter you will be part of the entire recruitment process, e.g. post job descriptions, analyse applications, arrange and conduct interviews, ensure proper follow-up , prepare draft offers and liaise with candidates
Ensure that all relevant processes are followed on projects
Review and update HR concepts, procedures and policies when needed
Provide day-to-day support to management and staff regarding various administrative tasks.
Your profile:
University degree (Bachelor or Masters) in HR or any relevant field or a proven track record in HR
Fluency in English is essential. Any other European language is an advantage
Three to five years’ experience within a similar position. Experience within a professional service firm in Luxembourg is a distinct advantage
Proven track record in managing projects
End to end experience of project lifecycle
Full MS Office knowledge
Good presentation and commercial sense, client oriented and good networking contacts and abilities
You are able to solve problems, have a pro-active approach, work independently as well as a member of a team; you demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, are stress resistant and able to meet tight deadlines.
