Job description:

• Develop a Distribution Oversight Framework for the Lux office considering all regulatory developments (MIFID) and roll out all the standard operating model to all the Group's global regulated fund businesses;
• Ensuring that products are targeted and distributed to the right demographic markets;
• Working with the compliance team to establish appropriate procedures for onboarding new distributers;
• Overseeing all the distribution arrangements and ensuring 3rd parties are in line with local regulations;
• Maintaining efficient risk management.

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in this area in Luxembourg (preferably the Big 4)
• Fluent English speaker and strong communicator
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Very strong product knowledge
• Ability to work to tight deadlines

Bachelor Or Equivalent Level
