• Supervise the setup of Fund with the Risk expertise
• Answer clients’ queries related to UCITS, AIFMD, FATCA, AML/KYC
• Oversee the monthly preparation of reports
• Assist in Board Meetings and take the minutes
• Ensure that all issues related to NAV calculation or compliance breaches are solved
• Assist in the preparation of CSSF application
• Liaise with other departments to set up the production of risk management monitoring
• Represent the company in clients meetings
• Be part of ad-hoc projects

The Profile:

• Master’s Degree in a highly numerical discipline (Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar)
• Fluent in English and German, another European language is an asset
• Three years’ experience in the Luxembourg Fund Industry, ideally coming from a Big 4
• Strong knowledge of UCITS market and regulations
• Working knowledge of the regulations requirements for the funds industry
