Description
- · Ensure Operating Memorandum between Client and BP2S is up-to-date and respected
- · Analyse and comment KPI’s
- · Maintain and update TA Quality Log
- · Prepare and participate to Client Service Review
- · Be the escalation point for promoters, if need be
- · Ensure the client needs are perfectly understood and meet
- · Represent Transfer Agent in Client Teams
- · Be the link between Client Development and Transfer Agency
Part of TA Operations Support department, our client account managers are reporting to the manager of TA CAM team and working in close collaboration with Head of TA Operations Support and Head of Transfer Agency.
