The role

 We are looking for a Business Developer to develop our German market. The successful candidate will demonstrate real experience of achieving targets and generating substantial new business.

 Business Development

  •  Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn this into increased business.

  • Develop a relationship with new clients and intermediaries and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company

  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.

  • Submit periodical progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

 

Business Development Planning

  •  Strategic Planning to develop the pipeline of new business
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. 

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

     

    Key competencies

  • Proven experience in a similar position on the German market
  • High standards of spoken and written in German and English
  • Strong knowledge of the market and prior experience with regulated and unregulated vehicles
  • Motivated to deliver exceptional results, exceeding business targets
  • Strong business acumen and outstanding negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop account management strategies which drive sales growth
