Description
Your intellectual curiosity, your constant optimism and your sense of analysis will allow you to participate in the following missions:
Fund administration, portfolio management, custodian control, property management.
Analysis and collection of needs, document preparation (process and business rules).
Writing the expression of needs as well as functional specifications, reports (internal, client, regulatory) and interfaces.
Tests on a platform in the field "agent transfer".
Preparation and execution of test plans, prioritizing and following the resolution of anomalies.
Contribution to the design of the solution.
Preparation and follow-up of migration phases.
Updating of target processes and procedures, preparation of training materials, training of users.
Provide support for post production and communication to the support team.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience of at least 5 years in project management.
You have an initial knowledge or experience in the following areas: private equity, real estate, and funds: transfer agent, fund administration, portfolio management, custodian control, property management ).
Experience or knowledge in the implementation of middle / back management software package
Your experience has led you to actively participate in needs analysis and process modeling.
You have participated in the drafting of summary documents for analysis.
You are perfectly at ease in English, both oral and written.
You have an attraction for teamwork and have a strong ability to adapt.
