- You will be in charge of the management of the team in place

- You will supervise daily the work of the underwriters

- You will ensure the performance of the team in compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and directives

- You will try to optimize the process and the work of the team

- You will analyze the training needs in order to develop the skills of your collaborators

- You will participate in the subscription and management of insurance contracts for individuals

- You will participate in various projects aimed at optimizing the operation of the service

- You have at least 10 years experience in an insurance company or a brokerage office

- You hold a Bac + 3 minimum in banking, insurance, management or administration,

- You master the individual's insurance technique and experience

- You are organized, have a good spirit of analysis and synthesis

- You are fluent in French, German
