Job description: 

• You will be in charge of the management of the team in place
• Daily supervision of the work of the underwriters
• Ensureing the performance of the team in compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and directives
• Optimising the process and the work of the team
• Analysing the training needs in order to develop the skills of your collaborators
• Participate in the subscription and management of insurance contracts for individuals
• Take part in various projects aimed at optimising the operation of the service

Your profile:

• At least 10 years experience in an insurance company or a brokerage office
• Hold a Bac + 3 minimum in banking, insurance, management or administration,
• You master the individual's insurance technique and experience
• Good organisational skills and spirit of analysis and synthesis
• Fluent in French, German

Bachelor Or Equivalent Level
